Rain, rain go away...

Tropical Storm Fay has been keeping us inside the past few days, so I finally have a moment to update you on my summer... on second thought some pictures should be more fun!

An Old Fashioned Summer

New York, New York

We are back from our trip to NYC!! I had so much fun I don't know where to begin! I loved watching the boats come and go right outside our window every morning, the boat ride to the statue of liberty, riding the trains and going to the tall castle (the Empire State Building) We also got to see Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park and the Puertorrican Day Parade. Life back home seems so boring by comparison...

Every day in May

May has shaped up to be quite the busy month: Birthdays, playdates, the rocket park (Kennedy Space Center), the big waves (the beach) and all kinds of fun things... I posted some pictures below for those of you who can't wait. As for my next update, well, I'll need to check my calendar and I'll have my people call your people.

Happy Birthday Oliver!!

Happy Birthday to me!! I had an awesome birthday weekend!! It all started Friday with a trip to St. Augustine and a train ride all around the city, nothing like a bumpy ride and a nice breeze for the perfect birthday nap !! After that we had lunch (milk & ice cream for me!) and then wewent to Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. I am sure in a few years I will think it's the coolest place, but for right now it was a little scary; I did enjoy the dancing bear!

As if that wasn't enough, we then went to the alligator farm and got to watch gator feeding time, touch some snakes and meet a few slimy and scaly friends. After a long day of fun,we went home and I had a birthday mini-cake, which I very much enjoyed!! Don't forget to check out the next post, my party!

March Madness

Just a few days into March and we have already had all kinds of fun. I started gymnastics lessons last week and Oliver got an early birthday present which has been keeping us both very busy, check out the pictures!

February Update

Even with an extra day, I didn't manage to post an update until the month was already over, so let's all pretend it's still February and enjoy the pictures....

A slow month

For a slow month we sure have been busy! Oliver was sick for hallf the month and I have been learning all kinds of big girl skills, like turning on my own light, opening doors and taking off all my clothes (no word on when I will learn how to put them back on!). In between all the madness we were able to fit in a very fun trip to the circus !
